Michigan brought one Greco team to this year's National Duals, and they made the most of it, taking 8th in the country. Michigan kicked off the tournament with a convincing 55-16 win over Nebraska, before they won a barnburner over Pennsylvania. That win was huge, as Michigan would ultimately own the true-second win over PA to advance to the Gold/Silver pool. In the Gold Pool, Michigan would go 0-4 to finish 8th, but they were a total of 3 points away from wrestling for 3rd. They lost to Oklahoma by 2 and Washington by 1 to drop the the 7th place match.

The Freestyle portion of the tournament took place on Friday and Saturday, with Michigan Blue taking 6th place in the Bronze Pool (the equivalent of 14th place in the tournament). In the semis of pool play, Michigan ran into the eventual champs, Pennsylvania Red. While competitive, Michigan Blue dropped that dual 46-22. They would battle back to the 3rd place match before dropping another dual, this time to California by a score of 46-18. In the Bronze Pool, Michigan Blue dropped their last two duals by a combined 5 points to Oklahoma and Colorado. Like in Greco, Dylan Nieuwenhuis and Jarrett Smith led the team, extending their outstanding records to 12-2 and 13-2, respectively, between the two tournaments.
Michigan Red went 0-2 on Day 1 to fall to the Teal Pool. In the Teal Pool, Michigan split their duals, beating South Dakota B and ending their tournament with a win over Arkansas. Although Michigan lost a competitive 39-21 dual to New York, one of the big wins of the tournament for Michigan was Alex Salmon (Brighton HS) pinning Zach Caldwell, who is a Fargo All American. Salmon had a remarkable tournament overall, going 5-1 in his first national tournament. Pilot Swab went undefeated for the squad, going 6-0 on the tournament.
